Milk is a very important factor that people forget to take through our there life and that hold the structure of your body as it’s like the core substance.

Respect can come in the form of speaking to every person the same way even if it’s a rubbish cleaning man or the president of an organisation, as that is showing no different between the two as human bleed the same through there blood.
