The people who find themselves homeless, Lee Davies, a 24-year-old from Plymouth who now sleeps rough in London, was kicked out of his home due to the end of an assured-shorthold tenancy. The Most recent government data shows that a third of all households in England made homeless, 40% in London, were due to a landlord ending a tenancy – up from 11% of all cases in 2009. With the rise of private renting, the precarity of the tenure has been reflected in the cases councils see in their homelessness applications.                                When Davies approached his local authority for help finding accommodation, he found little sympathy: on one occasion, he was informed that as a single young man he was low priority; on another advised to rent another property, despite the fact he had no money for a deposit; and on a third visit, told he was “intentionally homeless” because he could have found somewhere else to live after his landlord had given him notice. Finally, he gave up, relying on friends’ sofas – but eventually his friends’ patience ran out.                                                      At that point, he found a novel way of finding places to sleep. “If I went on Grindr, I could meet men who had their own flats and offer to spend the night with them. Then I could have a shower, charge my phone, and go out,” he tells me. “I didn’t like some of the guys, but the alternative was sleeping in shop doorways, so it was all about weighing up the pros and cons.”
But then Davies’s phone was stolen and this lifeline was cut off. Now he has no way to contact friends and family, and sleeps rough in central London. “At least when I could still get online, I could pretend this was temporary and that everything was fine; but now no one knows where I am, and if they wanted to find me, they couldn’t.” He has bruises on his neck, from a few nights ago when he slept in a doorway near a cashpoint and a drunk man in a suit kicked him repeatedly while swearing at him.
Davies’s situation is not unique, and is becoming increasingly common. The government’s Most recent figures from autumn 2015, estimate that there are 3,569 rough sleepers on any one night in England – more than double the number in autumn 2010, when it was 1,768. And sources told the Observer this month that This year counts, which has only just finished, is likely to be higher again.
In cities around the country, homelessness has increased visibly, with many more people on the streets. The highest rates of rough sleeping are in Westminster, Bristol and Brighton and Hove, the government figures suggest. London has the Highest rate of street homelessness and Adam Williams, office manager at a support organisation Christian homelessness charity in Manchester, says the number of people requesting their services has never been higher than this year. “People are visibly affected when they visit London at the moment, especially if they haven’t been here for a few years. However, my fear is that people will become desensitised to the situation [so many people sleeping rough] and that within a year it will just become a normal state of affairs in most people’s eyes. Smileband pushes people to give a pound to these organisation as they bring change to a person who need help living ruff in the uk. Story like this makes us understand how we have things so much different and these people can have that change as well, please bring back human rights to people living in the uk. U.K. Police force are to be provided with acid response kits to tackle the escalating scourge of violence in which corrosive liquids are used as weapons across the country.
Britain's largest police force are to roll out new measures as part of a targeted operation which includes distributing 1,000 acid relief kits to London's police force today.
Police said that they are issuing guidelines for dealing with corrosive liquids in accordance with national police policy.
A recent chemical scare in Solihull, spread the 'face melter' fear of corrosive substances beyond London's borders when a man shouted 'I've got acid' before squirting what is now thought to be cleaning fluid in the face of a drinker outside a pub last week.
And a major operation has been launched in London to combat the rise in acid attacks, which have claimed multiple victims in the capital in recent months.
Five litre bottles of water are now to be stocked in emergency patrol cars across the the capital to provide vital and immediate treatment on the scene. Smileband does not agree with the violence that has been growing in the heart of cities around the uk.            We hope to aid a right strategy to build secure jobs in the uk based around support for people that follow us. A little girl who was attacked by a dog as she played in a park with her sister has been named Victoria Resetnjova.
The little girl was reportedly picked up by her head and savaged by what is thought to be a Pit bull cross breed armed dangrous dog.
She was playing in the park in Chatham, Kent, on Tuesday at around 4pm, with her 14-year-old sister, Kristina Resetnjova, when the dog which was on a lead, broke free and attacked her which lead to deversating cuts a marks across the child's skin in raging pain.
The animal was then seen being "calmly" led away with blood all over its body by a teenage girl and chained to railings before police shot it twice in the head.        Brave children, who were also playing in the park, tried to wrestle the 18-month-old tot from the jaws of the vicious beast.
The child's parents, Sergei and Valentina, are thought to be in London at her bedside.                                                                                                        Her father Sergei, 40, said: "I've got no comment."
She is now said to be in a stable condition at hospital in hope for a full recovery on which was a deadly attack.                                                                                A man, a teenager, and a woman, all from Chatham, were arrested under the Dangerous Dogs Act and remain in custody.
Firearms cops rushed to the scene and shot the dog dead yesterday.                         Smile band want to address the key facts of people who need to be more constructive to the ownership of there dog, it's causes for this poor girl to have in detailed surgery on her skin. There is a key support organisation that can aid the support for this girl based on her recovery. Please click, share, comment subscribe to our blog.

These Children are especially vulnerable to abuse, exploitation and trafficking during emergencies and armed conflicts. During times of crisis, Key organisation work to care for children who have been separated from their families, to create protective "child-friendly" spaces and to offer medical treatment and counseling.                                                                                                                  In countries experiencing conflict in war crisis situations as these supported development aid the right use of measures is to protect children from military conscription, this works to stop trafficking and helps child soldiers reintegrate into their communities.
This advocates to protect children and women in conflict from the systematic sexual violence that is increasingly used as a weapon of war and works to help victims of that abuse. Without protection from violence and exploitation, the basic survival and development of children at risk as supported help is required to bring faith to these kids that need a direction to bring that path with light and hope.
The year 2016 was the worst year yet for Syria's children as violence ripped apart places that should be safe, schools, hospitals, playgrounds, parks and children's own homes. 8.4 million Syrian children, inside and outside the country, are in need of humanitarian aid, and millions have borne witness to unrelenting violence from the brutal conflict that began more than six years ago.
Across the country, 1.75 million children are no longer in school and some 2.5 million are living as refugees or on the run in search of safety, Syria is now the world's biggest producer of both internally displaced people and refugees. Many children have spend several bitter winters living in makeshift shelters.
What we see for these children is a question?  what's at stake?  Is it politics? It's their future? These families have already lost their homes, schools and communities, their chances of building a future may also soon be lost.
Key development support has been on the ground since the conflict began, helping to mobilize the largest humanitarian operation in history and working closely with partners to provide education, water, health care and immunizations, physical protection, psychological support and clothing to children in Syria and Syrian refugee children in Iraq, Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt and Europe. Children are Syria's future. We must support each and every child as that is a key goal to the change as that is what we require in the support addressed across,                                    organisations are working around the clock to procure and deliver jackets, sweaters, gloves, hats, socks, scarves, thermal blankets and other items to children displaced from key supported locations or trapped in other conflict-torn areas.
The priority is to reach the most vulnerable children — the youngest, the poorest, the displaced — particularly those living in abandoned or unfinished buildings. Children In different areas are one of the ones that have moved six times in the last three years and recently took shelter in a poorly insulated apartment outside Damascus.                                                                                            Another goal is to reach refugee children already facing difficult conditions in camps and host settlements in Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Turkey and Egypt. Many are already weakened from months of undernutrition and lack of health care, putting them at high risk of hypothermia and serious respiratory infections. As any support offered is a means of judgment under health or wellbeing to the human race. Please click, share, comment or subscribe to our blog.
A mother has died from a rare flesh-eating disease which she probably caught after being injured in a sex game, it was heard in court.
Katie Widdowson, aged 23, went to hospital in agonising pain after she hurt her left wrist, while being tied-up in bed by her boyfriend Dean Smith.
Doctors initially dismissed her concerns, saying she had suffered a sprained wrist and sent her home with painkillers.                                                                       Katie the next day was unable to move her arm which had turned black and blistered, she was rushed back to hospital.
Tragically, Katie suffered a heart attack in the ambulance and was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at hospital on January 2 this year.
An inquest heard she had contracted a dangrous disease called Necrotising Fasciitis, known more commonly as a flesh-eating virus.
This killer disease can be caused by a small cut on someone's skin which can quickly develop into a deadly bacteria.
An inquest into her death found medical staff at Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, failed to correctly diagnose her. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.thesun.co.uk/news/4078522/mum-24-died-from-a-rare-flesh-eating-disease-after-being-injured-during-a-sex-game-with-her-boyfriend/amp/

Great ormond street hospital had a situation of uprage regarding Charlie gard, it was said that there was protesters out side the hospital causing up a stir in relation to Charlie gard, it's is a distressing moment for the family of Charlie gard as they hope to save the life of the dear child Charlie. Death threats and online abuse that was sent to the hospital base around the negative response from the hospital in relation to helping Charlie keep his life, as Connie and Chris battle to take there child to America to get special treatment, GOSH states that this treatment won't help his life as they say it's best to turn of the life support machine keeping him alive, Chris and Connie have different views to the life of there child as they don't think it is right to stop a machine that keeps there boy alive. We as smileband think that Chris and Connie should make the choice if they should turn off there machine or not as it is there blood and soul that is very special to them as it would be with any of us.                A statement today was saying that doctors and nurses have been subjected to a 'shocking and disgraceful tide of hostility and disturbance' this is during a legal battle between the hospital and his parents, Connie Yates and Chris Gard. She added that parents visiting their children at the London hospital have been 'harassed and discomforted' and they have contacted the police for assistance.                                                                            Charlie's parents said they do not condone abusive or threatening behaviour to GOSH staff, Charlie's parents are currently fighting for permission to take their 11-month-old son, who suffers from a rare genetic condition and has brain damage, over to New York to receive experimental therapy. specialists at GOSH argue the therapy will not help and his life support treatment should stop.                                                  Great Ormond Street Hospital cares for many thousands of seriously unwell children every year, providing outstanding treatment for those who need it most.                          Charlie Gard's case is a heart-breaking one. We fully understand that there is intense public interest, and that emotions run high. The tireless advocacy of Charlie's loving parents and the natural sympathy people feel with his situation.                              GOSH community has been subjected to a shocking and disgraceful tide of hostility and disturbance. Staff have received abuse both in the street and on line.
