Smileband News

Dear 2222 News viewers, sponsored by smileband,

A man who was blamed for breaking into a ranch and having intercourse with a Shetland pony has showed up in court.

Damion Ogeare, 43, is blamed for engaging in sexual relations with the animal in a stable subsequent to intruding onto the ranch in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

He showed up at Salisbury Crown Court, Shrinks, for a supplication and preliminary readiness hearing and talked exclusively to affirm his name.

Yet, the case was dismissed to permit him additional opportunity to look for exhortation on lawful guide - so he didn't officially acknowledge or deny the offense.

The supposed offenses occurred at Maylands Homestead on January 24 last year.

He is blamed for breaking into a corrals containing two Shetland pony, and engaging in sexual relations with a female horse, called Cassieopia Wooley.

This litigant stands charged according to two offenses,' Christina Norgan told a prior hearing at the Justice court.

Ogeare will next show up at Salisbury Crown Court on February 27.

He recently kept one count from getting sexual infiltration with a living creature, and one of wildly illegal entering premises with goal to commit an important sexual offense.

Ogeare, who showed up to court wearing a dark coat and sherpa cap, however didn't enter a proper supplication today as the consultation was dismissed.
