Father sues a fertility clinic for secretly using his sperm to have a child, we as smileband look in to these situations based around the nature of human rights, no person has the right to lie or steal a person soul that has a heritage to the nature of there family, it is a degrading means of knowing that a person who is not even related to your blood line has apart of you with out you giving concent to the rights of a person using your sperm to bring a whole new life in to the world that belongs to you. This took place at Harley street in London that is a very well known clinic, it is expected that the father is sueing them for 1 million pounds as he wants the money to cover the burden of his six year old daughter as the he believes that doctors was tricked in to impregnating his former partner using a frozen egg fertilised by his sperm.
